I created a new animal mutilation map for researchers using Google My Maps. I have completed approximately 40 investigations on my own, but others are invited to share their cases to be included. Seven Cows and Two Goats Found Mutilated in Texas

Seven cows were found dead and mutilated in east-central Texas along TX-OSR Highway on April 19, 2023 and later according to the Madison County Sheriff's office. 

Each cow was from a different head and pasture and was found at varying locations along the state highway in Robertson, Madison, and Brazos Counties. Authorities found no evidence of blood, footprints, or tire tracks around any of the cows. 

The first cow found was a 6-year-old longhorn-cross cow and she was found with a clean precision cut around her mouth and her tongue removed. The other cows were found in similar conditions. According to the sheriff's office, “On two of the five cows, a circular cut was made removing the anus and the external genitalia. This circular cut was made with the same precision as the cuts noted around the jaw lines of each cow.”

A rancher in Montgomery County reported to FOX 26 that they found two goats mutilated on their property. 

Ranchers stated that no predators or birds came near the mutilated cattle, which is highly unusual. 

The cause of death remains unknown, and the sheriff's office asks that anyone with information to come forward. A $5,000 reward is being offered by the Animal Legal Defense Fund for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the people responsible. 

Multiple cases such as this have been reported across the country for the past 50 years, with most of the events occurring in the 1970's. The FBI investigated a number of cases under Project Animal Mutilation.

Rabbit Mutilation in Nevada

 

Lianne Beyer of Reno, Nevada reported a strange event on August 20, 2022 which occurred on her property.

“Today we found this rabbit dead and beheaded (25 ft from our back door) behind our home on our golf course. No animal or human tracks AT ALL were seen around the animal and little to no blood on the fur or ground around the animal. It is so strangely placed as well. I wanted to share some pictures and video with you in the hopes of someone reaching out to us as it so fresh and bizarre. It rained here heavily the last two days, and it is like it was perfectly placed down without tracks on the soft dirt. The footprints you see are of me and my daughter looking at it. I am not usually a believer in the paranormal, but this has us completely freaked out. It reminds me so much of one of the strange animal mutilations that has occurred around the world but a smaller animal. As a side note we have tons of coyotes in our area, and this would have been immediately scavenged in my opinion, but nothing has touched it. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.”

The rabbit head was placed behind the body. Lianne and her husband did not touch the body or head. Three days later the head and body were missing, but no tracks could be found in the soft dirt, even though it had recently rained.

Lianne and her husband are completely baffled, and so am I. I’ve investigated multiple animal mutilations, but none like this. A predator surely would have eaten the rabbit rather than taking its head off and leaving it. And the fact that there was no blood on the ground is eerily similar to what occurs with large animal mutilations that remain unexplained.

 

23 Common Occurrances in Animal Mutilation Cases

After studying the subject seriously since 2012 I've discovered that there are a number of commonalities among animal mutilation cases that are worth noting, and that any serious researcher of the subject should look for.

Animal mutilations came to public light in the 1960's when ranchers began to report to the local police and FBI, and the media picked this up.  This phenomena occurs not only in the United States, but worldwide. Many mutilation files were released by the FBI and are now available to researchers, although these are all older cases, with no new cases released, although there are many. In Missouri alone, I've investigated over 70 reports. One has to wonder why the later cases have not been released yet, unless as some people theorize, there is a cover-up regarding this subject.

The media seemed to grab on to the idea early on that cults were doing the mutilating, although to date there has never been any proof of that. Additionally, some reporters and websites state that most or all of the cases can be explained by natural predators, which is preposterous given the facts. 

Another problem in getting this information out to the public is that most ranchers do not want any publicity and don't want their names or locations used in any manner. Unfortunately, this means that the public will never know exactly where or when these mutilation events occurred.

Following are some of the common traits that are found at mutilation sites:
1. Little or no bodily fluids on site, on the ground or on or in the animal, even when found soon after the mutilation occurred.  Where has the blood gone?  How were the wounds made without any loss of blood?
2. Precise, surgical cuts, or laser-like cuts found, not torn hide or bite marks from predators. (We only look at fresh cuts, not old ones because as the animal bloats the cuts will stretch and make it look very straight)
3. The head of the animal is found facing east in a large number of cases.  (This is just an observation, no explanation has been found.) 
4. Similar organs missing on each of the mutilated animals: usually the udder or parts of the udder, the vaginal area, the tongue, anal area, and cheek which may include the jaw, and sometimes the lips or eyes. No marks are found on the bones, which would normally be found if the cuts had been made by a knife or other instrument.
5. In some cases marks on the legs or body are found as if the animal has been trussed and lifted with a rope or chain.
6. Extremely fast decomposition of the body, faster than if the animal died from natural causes,or in some cases, slow decomposition.
7. A "human-like" rather than a "dead animal" death smell has been reported in some instances.
8. Dead blow flies on the animal and on the ground.  What is killing them?
9. Lack of any sign of predators such as coyotes or vultures eating on the dead carcass as would be expected in a death from natural causes. In some cases animals never eat on the carcass, even though it is known that vultures and coyotes are in the area.
10. In some cases a dark black outline is left on the grass surrounding the animal which appears to be a burn mark of some kind.
11. Lab testing shows a change in the soil in some cases- something makes it non-water soluble, meaning that it has been exposed to very high temperatures. Soil testing outside the area shows no change to the soil.
12. In the rare event that an autopsy is performed internal organs or a fetus may be missing, and in some cases with no cuts on the body.
13. When mutilations occur in one area, they often occur in another, then months may go by with no reports. Oddly, Chuck Zukowski and I have found that many of these events occur ON THE SAME LATITUDE, and I've found these at 39 degrees, 38 degrees, and 37 degrees.
14. Often a circular depression is found on the ground or grass in the immediate vicinity of the animal. Some of the grasses have been lab tested (W.C. Leavengood, biophysicist, did testing and wrote reports on this - he found grasses had been chemically altered -see my article on this subject).
15. Often a depression just under the dead animal, and only in that location, up to 3" deep, indicating that the animal was likely dropped from above.
16. Broken ribs on the animal on the side facing the ground (usually only visible after decomposition or an autopsy is performed.) Again indicating a drop from above.
17. Rarely are any thrashing marks left on the ground around the animal (I know of only one) indicating that the animals were killed somewhere else and deposited in a different location.
18. Farmers and ranchers who report cases to the local authorities are on rare occasions, harassed and threatened. This usually occurs in countries outside the U.S. (I am working on several cases in other countries and will submit articles on these later.)
19. Investigators and ranchers often report low-flying aircraft over the mutilation site such as black helicopters with no markings and military planes.  When this occurs in an area that is not known for such activity such as ranches located near air bases, what is the explanation?  
20. High EMF readings are often detected inside the mutilation area on the ground, but not outside the area.
21. In all cases to date, there are NO TRACKS found from human footprints, ATV's, Trucks, or any type of vehicle near the dead animal.
22. When gates are locked by the rancher, they are not found unlocked and there is no sign of trespass.
23. Witnesses often see UFOs or unexplained balls of lights, or beams of light over their property prior to or during a mutilation.
24. Witnesses and investigators often see U.S. military aircraft, often unmarked, just after a mutilation occurred even though no report had been made to the military. In one of my cases, we heard two aircraft right over our heads, but could see nothing. Does our military have cloaking technology?
 

Quest Investigation Group requests that researchers and witnesses to the phenomena report cases to this site in an effort to collect as much data as possible in an effort to solve the mystery.

Mutilated Deer Found at Cahokia Mound

A utility contractor was walking along the trails at the Cahokia Mounds in Illinois, east of St. Louis, on Thanksgiving day, 2018 when he came across a mutilated deer.  He saw the female deer laying on the ground in a field at the edge of the woods at approximately 11:30 a.m.

The witness said that it looked like something from a text book on animal mutilations. He could see no signs of trauma to the body of the animal that would indicate what happened as far as a cause of death. The side facing upwards had no signs of wounds or punctures, and there was no blood found on the animal or on the ground and it did not appear that any predators had eaten on the animal, which is highly unusual. 

He asked "If the animal had been hunted illegally, then why was it not skinned?"  It does not appear the the animal was killed by a hunter, either.

The area around the jaw that has been cut out is typical of what we see in many animal mutilation cases. Most cases involve cattle, fewer reports are received that involve horses, sheep, dogs, cats, or other animals. It is very unusual to find a deer carcass with this type of mutilation.  

The location is notable, since there have been numerous reports of Unidentified Flying Objects and balls of light in the area in and near the Cahokia Mounds.

The Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site is the site of a pre-Columbian Native American city directly across the Mississippi River from modern St. Louis, Missouri. This historic park lies in southern Illinois between East St. Louis and Collinsville.

Mutilated cow found on a remote Wisconsin ranch

A Wisconsin rancher found a mutilated dead cow on his property on September 26, 2016. The owner of the animal is a rancher who keeps some of her cows on a different ranch owned by a neighbor. On Monday the landowner saw birds flying around an area above a hill and wondered what they were doing but did not investigate. On Tuesday morning they went to investigate since the vultures were still in the area. The landowner found a cow in a pasture with a large section of her jaw and face cut with precision, and the tongue completely removed. The ear tag (number 51) was missing. No blood was found at the site and the ranchers could find no bullet holes or cause of death. The nose of the animal was placed in a cow pie. The location where the cow was found is at the top of a steep hill, which the witnesses found odd because it would have been difficult for anyone to access in order to perform the mutilation.

There were no flies around the animal, and although a coyote was watching nearby, it did not touch the cow. The owner of the cow called two veterinarians who refused to come out.  She called the police and filed a report, but they have not been looking into it, and said that they have no idea what happened. She called the Department of Natural Resources but has not heard back from them yet.

The witness said that the gates to the ranch are always closed and are wired up in a certain way which would be difficult to duplicate. No vehicle tracks were found, and the gates were not disturbed. The witnesses said that she is still very upset about the situation and contacted me after doing a search on the internet. She has never had anything like this happen to any of her animals.

The mutilated animal is a 4-year-old champion cow who was worth thousands of dollars. She was pregnant with two calves. The owner of the property moved the dead animal three days after it was found. No animals ate on the carcass.

The witness has about 13 cows at that location and about 200 cows at her ranch, and more cows at a third ranch that is 30 minutes away. She is concerned that something like this may happen again. The landowners, who have cows and a horse of their own, have set up outdoor cameras in hopes of catching evidence if something like this happens to another animal on their property. 

The landowners speculate that the incident may be related to extraterrestrials, while neighbors claim the incident must have something to do with a cult who wanted the tongue for some type of ritual. However, this does not explain the fact that there is no blood on the scene and that a cause of death could not be determined by the experienced ranchers. Since this is in a very remote location at least five miles from a highway, the ranchers said that there is a low possibility for anyone being in the area who does not live there.

Bull Mutilated in Cascade, Montana June 23, 2016

A Montana rancher sent me an email and photos today regarding the death and mutilation of one of his bulls. The bull was fine on Saturday, but found dead on Monday. 

It is more unusual to find mutilated bulls than cows. The rancher described the typical findings - no blood on site, clean cuts, and commonly found missing parts. 

The following is the witnesses email to me: (with permission)

 

Have had an incident about 15 miles west of Cascade, MT. Don't know what else to say. I've never seen anything like it until today. I've looked online for similar occurrences and found many. Missing tongue, missing genitalia, right eyeball missing with what appears to be a burn mark below the socket, right ear cut off, anus cored out. We've determined by witnesses that this bull was alive last Saturday, but was seen dead last Monday. Today a friend (the owner) asked another friend and me to come look it over.

There is not much blood, there were no vehicle tracks, no human footprints other than those of the people who've gone to the site subsequent to the death of the animal. Another part that is consistent with other incidents I've been reading about this evening is the fact that we have a great number of coyotes and scavenger type birds out here - yet the carcass hasn't been touched. Very few flies...nearly no insects on the carcass. There is a Minuteman missile silo in plain sight from the position of the bull. I've spent the last hour reading the various reports online about these incidents and there are just too many exactly matching similarities not to send this your way.

Cattle Mutilation in Colorado Dec 13, 2015

Another cow mutilation was discovered by a rancher near Trinidad, Colorado. Two 1100 pound female cows were found with unusual wounds, one was dead, the the other alive but with internal injuries. The rancher contacted Chuck Zukowski to investigate. Chuck's report is here:

Cow Mutilation in McPherson County KS Jan 3

According to the news website www.kake.com, a cow was found dead and mutilated on a ranch in McPherson County, Kansas on January 3. The rancher is baffled by the incident and has offered a reward to catch the perpetrator.

According the sheriff, a bull was found dead and mutilated in a nearby county two weeks prior.

The location is near 38 degrees latitude, which is where investigators have noted that animal mutilations often occur in Missouri and Colorado. Do we have another round of animal mutilations starting on this line again?

2011 Animal Mutilation Reported Today

A rancher from Clinton, Missouri called today to report two animal mutilations that occurred in December of 2011. The rancher did file a report with the Sheriff and called the local news station.The reporter called but did not visit the site.

The rancher found the first cow on a Thursday morning in December of 2011 with her tail severed and lying on the ground next to the animal, and the anus seemingly cored out. There was no blood and there were no other injuries.

The next morning the rancher found the entire herd gathered around in a circle and was suspicious that another cow had been killed. He walked to the area and found a second cow lying dead on the ground, but with more severe injuries and missing udder, part of the jaw cut out, one eye cut out and the tongue missing. There was no blood on the animal or on the ground.

The rancher found no tracks on the property from vehicles, and the locked gates were undisturbed. Both animals were moved to another location at the back of the property to decompose. Notably, the other cows have not gone near the decomposing bodies of the animals or the locations where they bodies were found. Additionally, no scavenger birds or animals ate on the carcasses, which the rancher says is very odd.

Large deer or elk head found on pristine snow in Montana in 2002

This historic animal mutilation report was filed by a witness visiting West Yellowstone, Montana in April 2002. The witness found a mutilated head of a deer or elk while hiking in pristine white snow. No blood was found near the head and it appeared to have precise cuts in several areas that were unlike predator wounds. The hiker was so scared, he took off and left for home quickly before saying goodbye to friends. 

From the MUFON database: 

"...I came upon the head of either a deer or elk in the Gallatin Ntl. Forest in Montana at approx. +44.823916 -111.245975. There is a mountain called

Mt. Hebgen near this area. I had spent a few days in April 2002 volunteering for an animals rights group and we were out in the field all day long - snow still on the ground; sunny days but cold nights. The cabin where we stayed was on the North side of Hebgen Lake Road. During one of my volunteer days, I saw a dead deer along the Madison River - clearly it had perished from the winter cold and had some predator marks on it. Large wolf prints were abundant in the area; howls at night. Elk and deer were spotted and lots of Buffalo. On the morning that I was to leave, I had a horrible urge to hike up into the mountains to the North of the cabin. I just HAD to hike. I got started early in the morning around 7 a.m. as the rest of the volunteers went out toward the Hebgen Lake area for another day of volunteering.

The organization provides boots and snow shoes as well as other winter gear for volunteers in an outside shed. I put on boots but chose not to use snowshoes because I did not think I would be out long and the snow was frozen from the night before enabling one to walk on top of it. It had lightly snowed the previous night and there was about 2 to 3 inches of powder snow over the old, hard snow. I marveled at the beauty of the snow on the evergreen trees. My boots crunched against the frozen snow but I was able to easily walk on it though it was a bit slow because of the incline and also because I had to maneuver a bit through the trees. After a while there was almost a path in which I could easily pass between the trees. I was heading North and to my left I could see some rocky outcroppings and as the sun came out, it hit these and made a beautiful site. Birds were chirping. 

For some reason, the fact that there was the light, fresh snow all around me was very much in my mind. I have no idea how long it was before I came around a corner and before me was a clearing of sorts which looked like one could then go toward the left or proceed a bit to the right. But in the middle of this clearing I saw a dark object and as I proceeded closer I realized it was the head of a large deer or small elk. I immediately became spooked because the snow all around it was untouched. The powder-type show was pristine in that clearing and there was the head lying there somewhat facing me as if someone had carefully placed it there. There was no neck. No blood on the snow or on the head anywhere. The clean, pure snow really did spook me - the observation that there was NO snow on the head added to my growing fright. I think it was around this point that I realized that there were no birds chirping. It was extremely silent and I could hear my breath and I was sweating (most likely due to the hike). 

Though I was scared,I actually crept toward the head and stooped down at the right, front side to look closely. The ears were gone. Not torn out but as if sliced off and I recall that I could see a hole into the head where the right ear used to be. The left ear hole was not as visible from where I was. I noted that there was no indication that the animal had had horns. Either a young animal or a female (deer or elk I just don't know). The eyes were missing, too. Cleanly removed in circles so that there were two blank holes. The upper and lower lips were also gone so I could see the teeth. I tried to reason in my head that if a predator did it, it would be torn/jagged and not a smooth cut as this was. I do not know if the tongue was gone because the mouth was closed - just missing its lips. Again, there were no prints of any animals around and the snow was pristine all around this head - it was in a clearing with no trees overhead. Another observation that really spooked me was the fact that the skull had a perfect round hole in the top of it. I have to estimate that it was about the size of a half-dollar. It was cleanly cut - again, I thought to myself if a predator wanted to eat the brain, how in the world could it make a cleanly cut hole like that. I could not really see down into the head but it did appear that the brain was missing. The fur did not look decomposed - in fact, if it were not for these other oddities, the head and the fur looked to be in good condition. Fresh. Not old and decomposing or mis-shapen. 

Again, I compare this with the site of the dead deer on the Madison River which had clearly been roughed up by predators. This was not. The silence was really getting to me. The fact that there were no prints or other disturbances around the head - the fact that it appeared to have been placed or dropped there from above - and the silence really scared me. I remember backing up and thinking over and over in my head "this can't be a mutilation could it?", "this can't be a mutilation could it?". It was not a cow or a horse. It was just a head - not an entire animal. But how could you explain such a sight AND to put the final nail in the coffin, everything around had a light dusting of snow on it EXCEPT for this head - no snow on it. It was on top of the freshly laid snow. It was as if someone was mocking me - I turned to head back to where I had come from. The sun was out now and unbelievably, my feet were now breaking through the snow and it would go up to my knees or thighs as I had to push my way through the snow. Slow going because of this. 

By the time I got back to the cabin, it was around 11:30 a.m. and I was exhausted. I took off my boots and left them in the outside shed where all of the other supplies were kept. I did not go in to say goodbye to anyone. I just felt like I had to get out of there. I felt embarrassed that I had gone hiking alone without telling anyone (everyone knows you do not go hiking alone or not tell anyone where you are going) - and I also thought that it was stupid of me to not have used snowshoes. There was just something strange about how I felt and acted when I returned to the cabin. My bags were already in my car and I was just concerned about getting back to Ogden, Utah in a decent amount of time (where my mom lived). I felt it was important to share this on MUFON - I have been a MUFON FI in So. CA for a couple of years now, and have never had the time to submit this. I am hoping that this information will be helpful as more information is gathered on mutilations. I have had strange experiences my entire life, but on that particular morning, I - truthfully - would have more expected to run into a Sasquatch than a mutilated head which was the farthest thing from my mind that morning when I had that urge to take a hike."

This report is very similar to others, despite the lack of a body, the head had typical mutilation-type wounds and there was no blood anywhere. Seemingly, the head was dropped from above, which would explain the lack of prints in the snow. 

Possible 1897 Mutilation report from Kansas

Animal mutilations are generally believed to be a phenomena which has occurred only in the past 40-50 years, however, more evidence has come to light that indicates otherwise.

Several people told me that their grandparents and great-grandparents have had unexplained animal deaths and mutilations on their ranches and farms in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and Arkansas going back to the mid-1900's. The people who told me about these events were usually at conferences I was speaking at or in some cases they sent me an e-mail. Some said the events were even reported in local newspapers at the time, but until recently I had not been successful in obtaining any written accounts of older mutilation events.

While reading Jacques Vallee's book Pasport to Magonia (which I highly recommend) I found this recorded event which likely came from Project Blue Book or Vallee's own files:

"April 19, 1897 Leroy, Kansas: Alexander Hamilton was awakened by a noise among the cattle and went out with his son and his tenant. They saw an elongated cigar-shaped object, about 100m long with a transparent cabin underneath showing narrow reddish bands, hovering 10m above ground. They approached within 50 m of it. It was illuminated and equipped with a searchlight. Inside it were "some of the strangest beings" the witness had seen, who also described as "hideous."  They spoke a language no witness could understand. A cow was dragged away by the object with the help of a strong red cable; it was found butchered in a field the next day."

Found butchered in a field?  This sounds like a mutilation event. Without knowledge of laser technology at the time, the witnesses likely only noticed that the cow was dead and butchered, and may not have noticed any thing such as precise cuts or no blood in the area. Is this an early mutilation account?

3 Cows Mutilated near Springfield MO and MIBs?

I just received this report from a woman while I was speaking at a paranormal conference over the past weekend in Springfield. She said that her neighbor found three dead and mutilated cows on his property one morning in 2012 and called the Sheriff to investigate.

The animals were grouped closely together. The rancher assumed that vandals were to blame, however, the Sheriff found no track marks, no entry through locked gates, and could not explain the precise cut marks on the animals or lack of blood. He told the rancher to call the livestock removal company, saying that it must have been local bikers who killed the cows. The rancher did so but suspected there was more to the story.

The next morning an unmarked truck arrived with three people dressed in white jumpsuits or protective outerwear. They

knocked on the rancher's door and said "we are here to take care of the dead animals," then they proceeded to remove the animals and left.

A short time later a marked vehicle arrived and the man gave the rancher an I.D., which indicated he was with the livestock removal company. The rancher then realized that the first team of three people were not the company he called, and at that point he suspected that something strange was going on.

The rancher, who 93 years old at the time told his neighbor that he had never had anything like this happen, and that they never lost livestock under mysterious circumstances.

Who were the three people dressed in white and what were they looking for? Were they actually so-called MIB's?  MIB's (Men in Black) are often seen shortly after a strange event such as UFO encounter.

This story is just one of many unexplained animal mutilations and deaths that have occurred over the past 50 years in the United States and worldwide.

Missouri MUFON is mentioned at the end of this piece as investigating the cow mutilations in 1978. These news stories were very in-depth compared to what is done today in the news - if the topic is covered at all it is for a few seconds of air time. The reporters did a great job on this.

Degrees of Latitude and Paranormal Hot Spots

In 2006, after seeing a very strange event occur over the RLDS Temple in Independence, Missouri, I was prompted to investigate building locations in relation to UFO and paranormal sightings. This led to the discovery of several ley lines and key lines of latitude in Missouri and across the United States at 39, 38, and 37 degrees latitude.

The event which occurred was a bright beam of light shining through very low clouds to the top of the antenna on top of the spiral shaped RLDS Temple. Just prior to seeing this beam of light coming from an unknown source above the clouds, a strange cloud covered the entire structure from 20' from the ground up. The cloud them moved up and that is when I saw the beam of light. I received a telepathic communication from someone on a craft above the clouds. This person indicated that messages were being transmitted via light to equipment inside the temple.

Along each of these degrees, and for several miles on either side of the lines, are where an unusually high number of strange sightings and events occur. At 39 degrees latitude we find the RLDS temple, the Liberty Memorial, a major key ley line position that is positioned N-S and E-W (see the book The World Grid), and one of the biggest UFO hot spots in the United States - Kansas City (specifically eastern Jackson County). There are also a high number of paranormal events reported in the area which included sightings of unknown large animals, ghosts, poltergeists, men in black, shadow people, animal mutilations, and orbs of light.

Things get very strange along 38 degrees latitude as well. Several witnesses have reported bigfoot sightings, UFOs, close encounters with aliens and craft, and animal mutilations. The strange occurrences seem to follow a 40-year cycle as many events were reported in the 1970's and are again happening in high numbers. one animal mutilation (The Lynn Mitchell case) was covered on the TV show Hangar One recently.

And at 37 degrees in Missouri we have the Hornet Spook Light which has been reported for 200 years, UFO sightings in high numbers, the Marley Woods area which has been investigated by Ted Phillips for over 20 years and which includes bigfoot encounters, UFOs, strange orbs, and unseen forces that harm people. Ted, who never believed in ghosts until recently has now changed his mind since a police officer was attacked by a ghostly arm.

37 degrees latitude also marks the high UFO sighting area of Piedmont, Missouri, which had over 500 sighting reports in 1973-74 with credible witnesses. The events were covered by Walter Cronkite and investigated by J. Allen Hynek and Dr. Harley Rutledge. Rutledge was able to obtain footage of the strange orbs of light and UFOs in the area. While interviewing several local Piedmont residents I found that the UFO sightings never stopped and they continue to this day. The media either lost interest or were asked to stop covering the events. I am currently investigating Piedmont and a major ongoing case there which includes UFO sightings, alien sightings, a bigfoot, and unexplained strange behavior of family members and neighbors, and a suicide which occurred after an odd visit from a strange man.

In 2012, while discussing the strange animal mutilations in Missouri and Colorado with Chuck Zukowski, I point out the strange events happening along 39, 38 and 37 degrees latitude to Chuck. He then got out his map of animal mutilations in Colorado and sure enough, they coincided with lines of latitude as well, and odly, we noted that the mutilations were occurring in Missouri and Colorado within days of each other. Did this indicate that whoever or whatever was doing the mutilating was following lines of latitude and the World Energy Grid?

I have long suspected that UFOs are using the grid as an energy source and means of traveling around the world while in our atmosphere. This realization occurred while I was remote viewing a past event for another ufologist. During the RV session I saw a ball of energy shoot out from a craft, follow a grid line across the U.S. then cause a plane to crash.

What do degrees of latitude, ley lines, and structures have to do with strange unexplained events? Do certain areas create a more intense energy that form a portal or window to other dimensions? And have buildings been built at key locations in an effort to harness or increase this energy? Is this what UFOs are interested in? Clearly, there are more questions than answers, but one thing is for sure - there is something strange going on in the vicinity of these energy centers.

UV Lights on Cows

While driving through Iowa at night noticed what appeared to be road construction ahead. When I got up to that location, the appropriate cones were placed, but there were no workers, only UV lights shining onto cattle in the field. On the back of some of the cattle were clearly identifiable marks. Naturally only visible if they were close enough to the lights and likely easily visible from the air. Perhaps there is cooperation between certain human organizations and ET's to provide some kind of sustenance for them. Just food for thought. Keep on digging.

The cows I mentioned earlier were very much alive. The mark was on their back, easy to see from the air. The time frame I believe was 1996, as I was engaged in promoting my magazine and the services of a publisher at the time.

Cats Found Mutilated in Florida

Lakeland, Florida

On March 5, 2014 a Lakeland, Florida man found his black and white cat mutilated. The cat's body was cut in half behind its front legs and the lower half of the body was missing. The man retrieved the other half of the body the next day after walking the neighborhood. Two other cats owned by the same man are missing and unaccounted for. The incident was reported to Lakeland Police, east of Tampa.

There have been a number of cat mutilations in the cities of Jacksonville, Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach, Tampa, Miami and others over the years and no explanation has yet been found. In all cases, the front half of the animal was found severed from the back with a clean surgical cut.

In April a cat was found mutilated in Lakeland, Florida by another resident not long after it had been let outside. A neighbor found the cat lying in a yard. A local veterinarian stated that the fatal injuries were not inflicted by another animal, but that the cuts were clean and surgical. 

The big question is why would anyone want to mutilate a cat?  Who or what is doing this and what could they possibly want?  It seems strange that so many can mutilations are found in Florida, yet rarely in other states. Is there some kind of strange cult in Florida who gets their kicks by surgically cutting the animals in half and leaving one half to be found by the owner?  However, when cats are let out in the morning and found minutes later, it is unlikely, in my opinion, to have been the work of a cult. Someone would have to drive around a neighborhood, wait until they saw a cat, then jump out and mutilate it with surgical precision, and leave half to be found. All this without being seen by anyone?  That doesn't seem plausible.

Are cat mutilations part of the bigger cow mutilation phenomena?  Are the same people or entities responsible for all animal mutilations?  As yet these questions remain unanswered.
